Job management
DIALOG simplifies job management by providing a high degree of
automation. Jobs are entered extremely easily as various plausibility
checks ensure that data is input correctly. When ads are placed, the
publication frequencies of the selected media and editions as well as
holidays are taken into account.
Prices are calculated automatically, but may be modified manually
depending on user permissions. During this process, the final price is
also calculated by the system and an ad preview is displayed to the
advertiser.
The integrated editor provides extensive and efficient functions for
classified as well as display ads. The job form can be adapted to any
publisher-specific requirements. Invoicing, invoice splitting and
partner accounting are performed by DIALOG.
In addition to the wide range of features offered by the integrated
editor, DIALOG also integrates popular standard design programs such as
QuarkXPress, InDesign, CorelDraw or 3B2. Integration is performed via
the DIALOG Document Integrator, which can be used on all current
platforms. Logos that are managed in the DIALOG logo database are
available according to customers or classifications in the DIALOG
Editor as well as for external design programs.
