DIALOG offers a wide range of options to facilitate marketing tasks and sales control and acts as a multifunctional hub permitting access to all business partner information. A separate system for dealing with customer contacts is not required.
Sales and marketing have access to extensive statistical analysis. Thus, reports on customer turnover, advertising sales evolution, final accounting statistics, losses from free or incorrectly positioned ads, box number labels and cover strips for sending receipts can be issued, as required.
Addresses stored in DIALOG, i.e., of business partners, can also be used for automated mailings and other forms of direct marketing. DIALOG thus allows publishers to directly target and handle existing or potential customers. Suitable correspondence templates are used to create e-mails or letters directly from DIALOG.
