Training and ongoing support

FUNKINFORM offers a proven service from a single source: Not only do our employees set up the DIALOG publishing system at the customer publisher, they also train staff on the customer’s premises and provide ongoing support for the customer installations.

These employees act as a link between the DIALOG development department and our customers. Suggested changes or program enhancements can be implemented at short notice. Thus, in Ettlingen, Germany, we program exactly what our customers want.

Our employees are experienced graduate print engineers and system technicians. On top of this, most have had additional training and direct experience of working in the publishing industry.
