DIALOG - one central system for managing all business partners' relations
For central marketing and object-independent customer handling, DIALOG provides a consistent tool to concentrate all business partner contacts.

Hence, DIALOG guarantees not only an efficient address management, but also an active relations' management for all business partners. Different attributes may be assigned to a business partner: he may be registered as a customer, advertising salesman, agency, company, editor, fee recipient or as a subscriber.
Information on the business partner can be displayed on one screen: addresses, commercial data, orders, business deals as well as information on the respective business partners.
Via an intelligent interface, an external sales system can be connected with DIALOG in order to use the address data. Hence, it is not necessary to purchase any additional systems, or if desired, a purchase may be accomplished without regard to providers or dates.
The “Bocholter-Borkener Volksblatt“ (a newspaper in West Germany), one of DIALOG's customers, wants to use this option to revolutionize customer co-operation. Four sales teams control the market activities of the traditional publishing house. Advertising customers, subscribers and other business partners of the house are attended by teams in the customers' center. Business partner maintenance is carried out centrally in DIALOG. Only one mouse click is necessary to change from the business partner management display in DIALOG to the publishing house's own sales system in order to load the required business partner data.
